One flight. Everything your team needs.

RTK drone mapping and site documentation for builders, developers, engineers, and agents across Central Florida. Every mission returns a complete, measurable record of your site — delivered as a link anyone can open, with no software to install.

01 — What we fly

Services

Six ways teams put a drone to work. Every one of them is flown by the same Part 107 pilot, on the same equipment, to the same standard.

Drone Mapping & Surveying

RTK-corrected photogrammetry that turns one flight into a georeferenced map, terrain data, and contours your engineer can work from.

Ortho · DSM · DEM · Contours

3D Site Models & Digital Twins

A photorealistic, measurable copy of your site that opens in a browser. Rotate it, measure it, send the link to your whole team.

Textured mesh · Point cloud

Construction Progress Monitoring

Recurring coverage on a fixed schedule — same altitude, same headings, every cycle — so month-to-month comparisons actually line up.

Scheduled · Multi-site

Real Estate Photography

Aerial stills and video that show the property, the lot lines, and the neighborhood context a ground camera can't reach.

Photo · Video

Roof Inspection

Close-range roof imagery and measurable geometry — inspect and document condition without putting anyone on a ladder.

Imagery · Measurement

Aerial Video

Cinematic site and property video for marketing, stakeholder updates, and project milestones.

4K video

02 — What one flight produces

9

Nine deliverables from a single mission. You don't pick one — the flight produces all of them.

Imagery Elevation-derived 3D Documents & access

Orthomosaic Map

A georeferenced, top-down photo map of the whole site. Every pixel carries a real coordinate, so it drops straight into CAD, GIS, or Google Earth.

JPG · KMZ · Web tiles

Digital Surface Model

Colorized elevation of everything the drone can see — buildings, stockpiles, canopy — with a metre and foot legend.

JPG · KMZ · Data tiles

Digital Elevation Model

Bare-earth terrain with the surface clutter stripped out — the layer grading and drainage review actually needs.

JPG · KMZ · Data tiles

Contour Maps

One-foot topographic contours, masked to the real flown footprint so lines stop at the edge of the data instead of drifting into white space.

JPG · KMZ · DXF · SHP

3D Textured Mesh

A navigable, photorealistic model of the site, streamed to any browser. No plugin, no install, no training.

GLB · GLTF · OBJ · Web

Point Cloud

Millions of positioned 3D points for as-built verification, clash detection, and BIM — plus a web viewer for everyone else.

LAS · LAZ · PLY · Web

Google Earth Overlays

Every layer packaged as KMZ, so anyone on the team can open the site with zero training and zero licenses.

KMZ

Aerial Report

A printable PDF of the whole survey — every layer, with legends and plain-English descriptions of what each one is for.

Interactive Site

Map, 3D model, and downloads behind one shareable link — the whole deliverable set in a browser tab.

03 — What you can do with it

Measure it yourself

The model isn't a picture — it's an instrument. These tools are built into every interactive site we deliver, and they run in the browser for anyone you send the link to.

Elevation & Profile

Click any point for its height. Draw a line and get the terrain cross-section under it.

Volume

Outline a stockpile or a cut and get cubic yards — measured against the terrain, not estimated by eye.

Flood Simulation

Raise a water level across the site and see exactly what goes under, and how much water it takes.

Area & Distance

Measure lengths and areas straight off the model, in feet or square feet.

Annotations

Drop labeled pins anywhere on the model, then export them so the whole team sees the same notes.

Screenshot

Capture the current view — pins, measurements and all — as an image ready to paste into a report.

04 — Where it all lives

Your client portal

Not a Dropbox link that expires. A permanent, organized home for every flight of every site you have with us.

Per-Project Access

Each site gets its own space. Your Pasco PM sees Pasco. Your marketing lead sees everything. You decide.

Photo & Video Library

Organized by site, date, and type — automatically, from the photos' own embedded capture data.

Measure In The Portal

The same elevation, profile, volume and flood tools, right on the map — no separate app.

Before & After

Swipe between any two flights of the same site and watch the project actually change.

Mark It Up

Pins, notes, lines, and areas saved to the project — so a question and its answer live in the same place.

Every Deliverable

All the maps, models, CAD files and reports, downloadable any time. Yours, permanently.

05 — The fine print that matters

Standards & accuracy

The details your surveyor, engineer, and insurer will ask about before they trust the data.

Certification
FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot. Fully insured.
Aircraft
DJI Matrice 4E RTK enterprise mapping platform.
Positioning
RTK corrections from the Florida DOT reference network — centimeter-level positioning, typically 1–3 cm, instead of the several-metre error of consumer GPS. Ground control optional rather than mandatory.
Vertical datum
Delivered in NAVD88 orthometric heights (GEOID18), not raw ellipsoid heights — so elevations match what your civil drawings already use.
Coordinate system
Native UTM, or reprojected to your zone on request — including Florida West (EPSG:2237) in US survey feet for CAD line work.
Contour interval
One foot, clipped to the true flown footprint.
Quality control
Every job is checked before delivery — missing or empty files, 3D tileset health, elevation-tile accuracy, coordinate sanity, and blank imagery. Failures are fixed, not shipped.
Review
Drone mapping is a documentation and quantity tool. It complements a licensed survey; it does not replace a surveyor's stamp.

07 — Before you ask

Common questions

What do I actually get from one drone flight?
Nine deliverables: an orthomosaic map, a digital surface model, a bare-earth digital elevation model, one-foot contours, a point cloud, a 3D textured mesh, Google Earth KMZ overlays, a printable PDF aerial report, and an interactive site you can share with a link. You do not pick one — the flight produces all of them.
How accurate is drone mapping?
We fly RTK-corrected missions using corrections from the Florida DOT reference network, giving centimeter-level positioning — typically 1–3 cm — instead of the several-metre error of consumer GPS. Ground control becomes optional rather than mandatory.
Does a drone survey replace a licensed surveyor?
No. Drone mapping is a documentation and quantity tool. It complements a licensed survey and does not replace a surveyor's stamp.
What elevation datum are the deliverables in?
NAVD88 orthometric heights using GEOID18, not raw ellipsoid heights, so elevations match what your civil drawings already use. We can reproject to your coordinate system on request, including Florida West (EPSG:2237) in US survey feet for CAD.
Can my team measure the model themselves?
Yes. Every interactive site includes elevation, profile, volume, flood simulation, area and distance tools that run in the browser. Anyone you send the link to can measure a stockpile in cubic yards without installing software.
What areas do you cover?
Polk, Pasco, and Hillsborough counties and the wider Central Florida area, flown from our base in Lakeland.
