Drone Mapping & Surveying
RTK-corrected photogrammetry that turns one flight into a georeferenced map, terrain data, and contours your engineer can work from.
Ortho · DSM · DEM · Contours
AeroLakeland LLC · Lakeland, Florida
RTK drone mapping and site documentation for builders, developers, engineers, and agents across Central Florida. Every mission returns a complete, measurable record of your site — delivered as a link anyone can open, with no software to install.
01 — What we fly
Six ways teams put a drone to work. Every one of them is flown by the same Part 107 pilot, on the same equipment, to the same standard.
RTK-corrected photogrammetry that turns one flight into a georeferenced map, terrain data, and contours your engineer can work from.
Ortho · DSM · DEM · Contours
A photorealistic, measurable copy of your site that opens in a browser. Rotate it, measure it, send the link to your whole team.
Textured mesh · Point cloud
Recurring coverage on a fixed schedule — same altitude, same headings, every cycle — so month-to-month comparisons actually line up.
Scheduled · Multi-site
Aerial stills and video that show the property, the lot lines, and the neighborhood context a ground camera can't reach.
Photo · Video
Close-range roof imagery and measurable geometry — inspect and document condition without putting anyone on a ladder.
Imagery · Measurement
Cinematic site and property video for marketing, stakeholder updates, and project milestones.

02 — What one flight produces
9Nine deliverables from a single mission. You don't pick one — the flight produces all of them.
A georeferenced, top-down photo map of the whole site. Every pixel carries a real coordinate, so it drops straight into CAD, GIS, or Google Earth.
JPG · KMZ · Web tiles
Colorized elevation of everything the drone can see — buildings, stockpiles, canopy — with a metre and foot legend.
JPG · KMZ · Data tiles
Bare-earth terrain with the surface clutter stripped out — the layer grading and drainage review actually needs.
JPG · KMZ · Data tiles
One-foot topographic contours, masked to the real flown footprint so lines stop at the edge of the data instead of drifting into white space.
JPG · KMZ · DXF · SHP
A navigable, photorealistic model of the site, streamed to any browser. No plugin, no install, no training.
GLB · GLTF · OBJ · Web
Millions of positioned 3D points for as-built verification, clash detection, and BIM — plus a web viewer for everyone else.
LAS · LAZ · PLY · Web
Every layer packaged as KMZ, so anyone on the team can open the site with zero training and zero licenses.
KMZ
A printable PDF of the whole survey — every layer, with legends and plain-English descriptions of what each one is for.
Map, 3D model, and downloads behind one shareable link — the whole deliverable set in a browser tab.

03 — What you can do with it
The model isn't a picture — it's an instrument. These tools are built into every interactive site we deliver, and they run in the browser for anyone you send the link to.
Click any point for its height. Draw a line and get the terrain cross-section under it.
Outline a stockpile or a cut and get cubic yards — measured against the terrain, not estimated by eye.
Raise a water level across the site and see exactly what goes under, and how much water it takes.
Measure lengths and areas straight off the model, in feet or square feet.
Drop labeled pins anywhere on the model, then export them so the whole team sees the same notes.
Capture the current view — pins, measurements and all — as an image ready to paste into a report.
04 — Where it all lives
Not a Dropbox link that expires. A permanent, organized home for every flight of every site you have with us.
Each site gets its own space. Your Pasco PM sees Pasco. Your marketing lead sees everything. You decide.
Organized by site, date, and type — automatically, from the photos' own embedded capture data.
The same elevation, profile, volume and flood tools, right on the map — no separate app.
Swipe between any two flights of the same site and watch the project actually change.
Pins, notes, lines, and areas saved to the project — so a question and its answer live in the same place.
All the maps, models, CAD files and reports, downloadable any time. Yours, permanently.
05 — The fine print that matters
The details your surveyor, engineer, and insurer will ask about before they trust the data.
06 — Where & who
Online training for pilots working toward the FAA Part 107 certificate — the same one we fly under.
Self-paced · Online
Managing several communities? A fixed monthly cycle, one operator, route-optimized across counties, consistent every time.

07 — Before you ask
Tell us the address and what you need to know. We'll tell you what one flight would give you.
