Our superintendent already takes phone photos. Why pay for this?

Phone photos are taken from the ground, from different spots, whenever someone remembers. Scheduled aerial documentation is shot from the same positions and altitude on a fixed cadence, timestamped, and organized by date — which is what makes it usable for lender draws, owner reports, and dispute defense. Your super also has a job to do; this removes one more task from the site team.

Is there a long-term contract for monitoring programs?

No. Monitoring programs run month-to-month and you can pause or stop when a project closes out. Most clients keep coverage running from clearing through CO because the record is most valuable when it has no gaps.

What happens if weather prevents a scheduled flight?

Central Florida weather is a real constraint. If wind or rain prevents a safe flight on the scheduled day, we re-fly at the next safe window at no extra charge and note the actual flight date on the deliverables.

Can our lender or investors access the documentation?

Yes. Deliverables live in a private client portal organized by site and date, and you can share access or individual links with your lender, owner, or investors — no software required on their end.
